Order & Shipping Information
All products are made to order unless otherwise specified. Please allow 7–14 working days for production on made-to-order items. If you need your swimwear sooner or have any special delivery requests, feel free to contact us directly — we're happy to assist.Delivery typically takes 3–4 working days to major centers across South Africa, with rural areas usually requiring an additional day.
We primarily ship with The Courier Guy (Pudo) and DSV Courier Services.Please note: While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, occasional delays of 1–2 days may occur due to public holidays, weekends, or the timing of your order.

Refunds & Returns Policy
We’re happy to offer returns or exchanges on sizing, provided the following conditions are met:
Swimwear and toweling items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Hygiene stickers on swimwear must remain intact.
Items that are damaged, soiled, or show signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all returns are sent back in the condition they were received.
In the case of a faulty item or an error on our part, we will cover the return or exchange shipping costs.
For standard returns or exchanges (not due to defect or error), customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless otherwise stated.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, refunds will be issued via your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
